The fix is in! A “Fixer Upper” home from Season 2 of the hit HGTV show is the most popular home this week on realtor.com®. Eternally popular renovation wizards Chip and Joanna Gaines worked their magic on the home known as the “Faceless Bunker” a few years ago. Now, this major transformation is on the market for a massive $1.15 million, slightly more than Waco’s $265,000 median home price. The Gaines effect can’t be overstated. This week’s runner-up, Indiana’s Marian Hills Farm, is on the market for the first time after being in the same family for seven generations. With its rustic charm and romantic location, it’s served as a wedding venue for the last five years, as well as a key filming location for “The Bachelor” in 2016. The 22-acre spread comes with the original brick-and-wood house built from materials found on the property, as well as a main home, and a barn converted to an event space. Other properties attracting clicks this week include the Manor in Los Angeles, now offered with a price cut to $175 million, a “picture-perfect” Cape Cod beach house in Massachusetts, and a baronial estate that could be mistaken for a small castle in New York for $14,750,000. One of this week’s most popular properties listings could be your own personal castle.
